May I thank the Officers and Committee of SKC for this Shih Tzu breed appointment. Since I last judged I noticed in this entry today that mouths have greatly improved. Once thing that does concern me is many of the exhibits had great big coats but there was nothing underneath and many of them, I felt needed more body. Movement is another worry. There were not many that showed strong rear action showing full pads this reflected in my placements.
